摘要
近年来,高职院校众创空间在落实国家'大众创业,万众创新'战略任务中发挥了积极的作用,但也暴露出很多亟待解决的突出问题。运用线性回归分析方法,选取创业企业数量、科技成果、促就业有效性三个因子,分别论证其与众创空间发展的相关影响,发现上述因子与高职院校众创空间发展呈正相关,故而提出通过培育小微企业和派生企业、提升科研水平和科研成果转化率、增设创业关联性活动项目等路径,以解决高职院校众创空间当前面临的问题,实现其助力人才培养、服务区域经济、保持自身持续稳定发展的目标。
In recent years,Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Space in higher vocational colleges has played a positive role in responding to the national strategy of'Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation',but it also exposes many outstanding problems which need to be solved urgently.Therefore,this paper studies the influencing factors of the development of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Space in higher vocational colleges by using linear regression analysis method.It is found that three factors,which are the number of small and micro enterprises,the scientific and technological achievements and the effectiveness of promoting employment,are positively correlated with the development of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Space in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is proposed to cultivate small and micro enterprises,promote employment derivative enterprises,upgrade the level of scientific research and the conversion rate of scientific research achievements,and add venture-related activities to solve the current problems faced by higher vocational colleges,so as to achieve its goals of fostering talents,serving the regional economy as well as maintaining its sustainable and stable development.
