摘要
中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设中,'高水平'目标的内涵是特色化的高水平、动态化的高水平、全员化的高水平、国际化的高水平。高职院校肩负着推动区域经济发展的重要使命,需要坚持立德树人,把握社会主义办学方向;发挥特色优势,服务区域行业发展需求;深化产教融合,打造协同创新服务平台;强化师资力量,建设卓越双师型教师队伍;突出服务能力,提升学校社会影响力;参与国际教育服务分工,提升国际化水平。
In the construction of high-level vocational schools and specialties with Chinese characteristics,the connotation of'highlevel'goal include four aspects of characteristic high-level,dynamic high-level,whole-institution high-level and international highlevel.In order to play the important role in promoting regional economic development,higher vocational colleges should always persevere in cultivating people through enhancing morality education,grasp the direction of socialist school-running;give full play to our unique advantages to serve the development needs of regional industries;deepen the integration of industry and education,create a collaborative innovation service platform;strengthen the teaching staff,build a team of excellent double-qualified teachers;highlight service capabilities to enhance the social influence of schools;and participate in international education services division and improve the level of internationalization.
