摘要
以培养学生'工匠精神''艺术修养'和'职业核心能力'为导向,广西建设职业技术学院与合作企业积极构建基于现代学徒制的家具专业'工匠'人才培养体系。通过推进多方参与的教学模式及教学方法改革,形成了极具现代学徒制发展特色的'技术性'课程体系及其考核评价标准;通过'教、学、研、产、销'五位一体实训教学平台和大师工作室的搭建,创造出'师徒传带'实训教学运行机制和'协同创新,产学结合'教学模式;完善政校行企四方联动协作机制,解决传统师徒制单一性教学弊端,建立起校企'双元、双轨'的现代学徒制教学管理制度。实践结果表明,该人才培养体系有效提高了高职教育人才培养层次、职业技能和艺术素养,推动了企业管理水平和生产加工水平快速提升。
The Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction and the cooperative enterprises are actively constructing'artisans'fostering system of furniture specialty based on modern apprenticeship system,which is guided by cultivating students’Craftsman Spirit,Artistic Accomplishment and Professional Core Competence.Through promoting the reform of multi-participation teaching modes and methods,a'technical'curriculum system with the characteristics of modern apprenticeship development and its evaluation criteria have been formed;through the construction of'teaching,learning,research,production and marketing'five-in-one training teaching platform and teachers’studios,a'teacher-apprentice'practical teaching operation mechanism and a teaching mode of'Collaborative Innovation,Industry-Academy Combination'have been created;through improving the mechanism for coordination among government,school,industry and enterprise to resolve the shortcomings of single teaching of traditional teacher-apprentice system,and the'dualtrack'modern apprenticeship teaching management system of schools and enterprises has been established.Practical results show that such talent training system has effectively improved the level of talent training,the vocational skills and the artistic literacy in higher vocational education,and promoted the rapid improvement of the enterprise management level as well as the production and processing level.
