摘要
新工业革命下,产教融合是我国产业转型升级的重要推动力。在"产"与"教"的所在论域中,审视产教融合的诉求与供给,在产业链、创新链与人才链、教育链的融合层面,构建产教融合逻辑框架。在经济学领域,审视产业链转型升级理论、创新链以及三重螺旋理论、人才链及技能型人力资本理论、企业教育链及学习理论等,进而探究产业经济发展对高等职业教育产教融合的诉求;在教育学领域,对接产业链升级溯及高等职业教育专业链调整理论,对接创新链溯及高等职业教育产学研协同创新理论,对接人才链溯及高等职业教育人才培养理论,对接企业教育链溯及高等职业教育与培训体系理论,进而探究高等职业教育对产教融合的有效供给。研究认为,高等职业教育产教融合应建构产业链、创新链和人才链、教育链"四链"共同驱动的框架体系。
Integration of industry-education has been a key driving force of industrial transformation and upgrading of China in the time of new industrial revolution.In the theory domains,the demand and supply of the integration of industry and education have been scaned,and the logical framework of industry-education integration has been constructed on the level of integration of industry-innovation-talenteducation chain.Related theories of economics have been reviewed,including industrial chain transformation and upgrading theory,innovation chain and triple helix theory,talent chain and skilled human capital theory,enterprise education chain and learning theory.And it has been further explored that the demand of the development of industrial economy.Related theories of education have been reviewed,including major chain adjustment theory abutting joining industrial chain transformation and upgrading,industry-universityresearch cooperation innovation theory abutting joining innovation chain,theory of training talent abutting joining talent chain,vocational education and training system abutting joining enterprise education chain.And it has been further explored that the effective supply of higher vocational education.Hereby,the paper concluded that the logical structure framework driving by'quadruplex'of'industryinnovation-talent-education'chain should be constructed in industry-education integration of higher vocational education.
