摘要
随着国家"一带一路"战略的实施,国内企业逐渐将战略目标转向海外市场,开展沿线国家基础设施互联互通工程的建设,加之近年来高铁外交的强势推进,涉外项目逐年增多,急需具备语言沟通能力、技术能力和懂得当地经济文化的复合型技术人才。铁路高职院校作为培养从事铁路、道路施工及运营服务等应用型技术人才的摇篮,为适应"一带一路"的发展,也积极从自身课程体系入手探索改进策略,本文以笔者所在院校为对象进行了相应的研究和探索。
With the implementation of' The Belt and Road'in China,the domestic enterprises will turn the strategic target to foreign markets,and carry out the construction of infrastructure interconnection project along the country. With the intensified high-speed rail diplomacy,foreign projects increase year by year. Enterprises need versatile talents who have communication ability of foreign language,technical ability,and know the local economy and culture. Railway higher vocational colleges are the cradle of applied technical talents in railway,road construction and operation service. In order to meet ' The Belt and Road',curriculum system should be actively explored to obtain improvement. In this paper,taking the college of the author as the object,corresponding research and exploration is made.
