摘要
近年来,广西高职院校已先后与10个东盟国家的近百所高校建立了教育合作关系,为东盟国家培训各类专业人才超过1万人,各种交流互访、信息互通、互派留学生、项目共建、顶岗实习已逐步成为常态,取得了一定的成就。但教育合作还处在师资队伍建设、国际合作办学制度体系的顶层设计、广西高职院校知名度普遍不高、专业国际合作办学优质教育平台尚不充足等不足。从进一步优化顶层设计、加强师资队伍建设、打造特色品牌专业、深化人才培养模式改革、加大政策扶持与指导等方面就推进高职国际化教育合作提出意见和建议。
In recent years,higher vocational colleges in Guangxi have established educational cooperative relations with nearly 100 universities in 10 ASEAN countries;more than 10,000 professionals have been trained for ASEAN countries;various kinds of exchanges,information exchange,students exchange,joint project construction,and in-post internship have gradually become the normal state,and some achievements have been made as well.However,educational cooperation still has shortcomings in the following aspects:the construction of teaching staff,the top-level design of international cooperative education system,the popularity of higher vocational colleges in Guangxi,and the quality education platform of professional international cooperative education.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the international education cooperation in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of further optimizing the top-level design,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,creating characteristic brand specialty,deepening the reform of talent training mode,and increasing policy support and guidance.
