摘要
提高教师的教育教学能力,建设一支师德高尚、业务精湛、能力较强的高水平的教师队伍是目前高职院校面临的主要问题。而科学合理的高职院校教师教学能力评价则是检验教学效果、提升高职院校教师教学能力的重要途径之一。文章结合最新的教育评价理论,就高职院校教师教学能力评价的相关问题进行了探讨。
To improve teachers' education and teaching ability,and to build a high- level teacher team with professional ethics,business skills and strong ability is becoming a main problem that the higher vocational colleges are faced with. And the scientific and reasonable evaluation of the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers is one of the important ways to test the effect of teaching and improve the teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Based on the latest educational evaluation theory,this paper discusses the problems related to the evaluation of teachers' teaching ability in higher vocational colleges.
