摘要
职业院校构建教育教学质量保障体系是提高人才培养供给侧的供给质量,提升人才培养对需求侧的满足程度的有效途径。"双闭环控制"教育教学质量保障体系借鉴了自然科学中的控制理论,通过引入动态管理理念,建立动态管理机制,保障教育教学质量,使职业院校人才培养不断满足行业企业的需求。
Building an education quality guarantee system is the efficient way to improve talents cultivating quality for vocational colleges( 'the supply side'). It also can help to meet the needs of enterprises( 'the demand side'). 'Double closed-loop control'education quality assurance system is based on the combination of automatic control theory,dynamic management theory and education theory. It can set up a dynamic management mechanism to guarantee the education quality and make it continuously meet the needs of enterprises.
