摘要
目的:分析针对性护理在门诊老年患者输液中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2017年6月至2018年6月门诊输液治疗老年患者880例,2017年6-12月440例患者设为对照组,采取常规门诊输液护理,2018年1-6月440例患者设为观察组,采取针对性护理,比较2组老年患者输液不良事件的发生率。结果:观察组发生重复穿刺4例(0.91%),静脉炎3例(0.68%),接错液体0例(0.00%),液体外渗2例(0.45%),回血堵管2例(0.45%),均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.50%高于对照组的92.37%(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理应用于门诊老年患者输液中可以减少输液不良事件发生,提升患者护理满意度。
[Objective]To analyze the nursing effect and clinical application value of the targeted nursing mode in the transfusion of outpatient elderly patients.[Method]880 cases of elderly patients with outpatient infusion therapy in our hospital(June 2017 to June 2018)were selected and divided into groups according to the sequence of time.The control group was given routine outpatient nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing mode to compare the nursing effect in the process of infusion between the two groups.[Result]There were 4 cases of repeated puncture,3 cases of phlebitis,0 cases of wrong fluid connection,2 cases of fluid extravasation and 2 cases of backblood blockage in the observation group.The incidences of adverse events were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%which was higher than that of the control group(92.37%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The application of targeted nursing mode in the infusion of outpatient elderly patients can reduce the occurrence of adverse events of infusion and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
