摘要
目的探讨细节护理在门诊老年静脉输液患者中的应用。方法将97例老年静脉输液患者随机分组,治疗组(n=49)应用细节护理,对照组(n=48)行常规护理,对比两组护理结果。结果治疗组输液风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而护理满意度较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理在门诊老年静脉输液患者中的应用效果肯定,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the details of the treatment at the outpatient elderly patients intravenous infusion applications. Methods 97 cases of elderly patients randomized to intravenous treatment group （n=49） details of the application of care control group （n=48） underwent routine care, comparing two groups of care results. Results The risk of transfusion event rate than the control group （P〈0.05）, while satisfaction with care than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The details of outpatient care in elderly patients with intravenous application the effect is certainly worth learning.
