摘要
目的研究醒脑通络汤对急性缺血性中风患者神经功能缺损及致残程度的影响。方法选择2016年10月-2018年10月在安康市中医院老年病科住院的急性缺血性中风患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表将研究对象随机分为对照组40例,给予急性缺血性中风规范化治疗;治疗组40例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用醒脑通络汤水煎剂,200 m L/次,2次/d,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和修订致残量表(m RS)进行疗效判定。结果 2组患者各时间点NIHSS评分均降低(P <0.05),且治疗组降低更为显著(P <0.05);随时间后移,治疗组致残程度明显减轻,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组总有效率51.3%,与对照组35.9%比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论醒脑通络汤可改善急性缺血性中风患者的神经功能缺损和致残程度。
Objective To study the effects of Xingnao Tongluo on the improvement of neural function deficit and disability outcomes in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Patients with acute ischemic stroke hospitalized in the Department of Geriatrics,Ankang traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected.The object of study were randomly divided into two group by using random number table.The control group(40 cases)wrer given the standardized treatment of acute ischemic stroke;The treatment group(40 cases)were treated with Xingnao Tongluo decoction,water decoction,200 mL/time and 2 times/day on the basis of treatment in the control group.The National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and disability outcome(modified Rank Scale,mRS)were taken as main effect determine.Results The NIHSS scores at each time point decreased(P<0.05),and the treatment group decreased obviously(P<0.05);Compared with control group,the disability outcomes of treatment group reduce as time went by,significant difference existed among the two groups(P<0.05);The total effective rate in the treatment group was 51.3%,which was significantly different from that in the control group(35.9%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Xingnao Tongluo can improve the improvement of neural function deficit and disability outcomes in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
