摘要
目的探讨平消饮联合西药对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂水平及血液流变学指标的影响。方法选取2015年3月-2018年3月我院79例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签原则将受试者分为对照组39例和观察组40例,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合自拟平消饮治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的血糖、血脂水平及血液流变学指标变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率92.50%,显著高于对照组76.92%(P <0.05);治疗后,2组FBG、2 hPBG及Hb A1c水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组各指标水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05);2组患者LDL-C、TG及TC水平显著低于治疗前,HDL-C水平显著高于治疗前,且观察组各指标水平变化较对照组更为显著(P <0.05);2组各血液流变学指标均显著低于治疗前,且观察组各指标水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论自拟平消饮养阴清热、生津止渴、健脾益气、行气活血作用显著,联合西药可增加冠脉血流量、改善微循环、调节免疫,从而有效改善患者的血糖、血脂水平及血液流变学指标。
Objective To explore influence of self-made Pingxiaoyin combined with western medicine on blood glucose, blood lipid levels and hemorheology index in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 79 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the subjects from March 2015 to March 2018. According to the principle of random drawing, all patients were divided into control group of 39 cases and observation group of 40 cases. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, the observation group was treatedwithself-made Pingxiaoyinon the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy, changes in blood glucose, blood lipid levels and hemorheology index were comparedbefore and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.92%(P < 0.05). After treatment, the FBG, 2 hPBG,and HbA1 c levels of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the level of each indicator in the observationgroup was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of LDL-C, TG, and TC in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the HDL-C levels were significantly higher than before treatment. The changes of each indicator in the observation group were significant more than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Hemorheology index of both groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the levels of the indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The self-made Pingxiaoyin has the function of nourishing yin and clearing heat,benefiting qi for promoting production of fluid, invigorating spleen and invigorating qi, and activating qi and blood circulation.Combined with western medicine can increase coronary blood flow, improve microcirculation, regulate immunity, improve the blood glucose, blood lipid level and hemorheology index.
