摘要
目的了解高情绪智力护士护理绩效的特点,工作经历对其护理绩效及情绪智力的影响。方法采用问卷调查法,2017年11月—2018年3月,方便整群抽样的方法,选择哈尔滨市某综合医院的1 165名护理人员进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果护士的情绪智力(EI)总分为115.1±32.6,得分范围为25~224。护理绩效总量表平均得分为2.82±18.9,其中人际关系和沟通分量表的得分最高(3.97±4.23)。皮尔森相关系数检验结果显示,EI与护理绩效呈正相关(r=0.48,P<0.01),各分量表之间也正相关性。双向方差分析显示,2个水平的EI护士组间和4个阶段的工作年限护士组间比较,差异有统计学意义(F=96.2、24.7,均P<0.01)。结论情绪智力可以通过后天培训得到提高。因此,管理者可以通过提高护士的情绪智力,进而改善其护理绩效。
Objective To explore the characteristics of nursing performance in high emotional intelligence nurses,and the influence of their work experience on their nursing performance and emotional intelligence.Methods A questionnaire survey was administered to 1 165 nurses,who were collected from a general hospital in Harbin from November 2017 to March 2018 by convenient cluster sampling,and the data were analyzed.Results The total score of emotional intelligence(EI)115.1±32.6,ranging from 25 to 224.The average score of the total nursing performance scale was 2.82±18.9,with the highest score in the interpersonal relationship and communication subscale of 3.97±4.23.Pearson correlation coefficient test results showed that EI was significantly positively correlated with nursing performance(r=0.48,P<0.01),and there was also a significant correlation among the subscales.Two-way ANOVA showed that there were significant differences between two groups of EI levels and four groups of working life(F=96.2,24.7,both P<0.01).Conclusion Emotional intelligence can be improved by training.Therefore,managers can improve their nursing performance by improving nurses’emotional intelligence.
