基于衰减皮尔森相关的癫痫脑网络动态分析方法 被引量:1

摘要 目的致痫灶定位是难治性癫痫治疗中的重要环节,本文通过应用癫痫脑网络的动态分析方法,辅助临床进行致痫灶定位及病理研究。方法使用5例难治性癫痫患者发作起始附近(发作前2s到发作后4s)的立体定向脑电(stereo electroencephalograph,SEEG)数据,基于衰减皮尔森相关系数与替代数据检验方法,对脑区间的功能连接进行评估。通过加窗截断实现动态脑网路构建,对癫痫脑网络进行动态分析。结果在发作起始阶段,致痫灶脑区间的正相关连接较强,致痫灶与非致痫灶间正相关连接较少,致痫灶之间与非致痫灶之间网络连接模式具有差异性。结论致痫灶与非致痫灶之间的衰减皮尔森相关网络连接模式具有差异。此方法对临床致痫灶定位有一定辅助作用,也适用于基于其他功能连接参数进行脑网络分析。 Objective The location of epileptogenic zone is an important step in refractory epilepsy surgery. In this paper,we achieve a dynamic analysis method of epileptic brain network in order to improve the localization of epileptogenic zone and pathological study of epilepsy. Methods Based on attenuated Pearson correlation coefficient and alternative data test methods,we used stereo electroencephalography (SEEG) data(from 2 seconds before seizure onset to 4 seconds after seizure onset) from 5 patients with refractory epilepsy to assess functional connectivity in the brain. Based on windowed truncation,we built dynamic brain networks and performed dynamic analysis of epilepsy brain network. Results At the initial stage of seizure,the positive correlation between epileptogenic zone was strong,there was less positive correlation between epileptogenic zone and non-epileptogenic zone ,and the network connection pattern between epileptogenic zone and non-epileptogenic zone was different. Conclusions There is a difference in the attenuated Pearson correlation network connection between epileptogenic zone and non-epileptogenic zone.This method has auxiliary effect on the localization of epileptogenic zone,and is also applicable to brain network analysis based on other functional connection parameters.
