摘要
目的:探讨妇炎康复胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床效果。方法:选择2015年8月—2017年2月在医院进行治疗的慢性盆腔炎的患者140例,采用随机数字的方法将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组70例,对照组患者使用抗生素进行联合治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗方法的基础上加用妇炎康复胶囊,对治疗的效果进行对比。结果:经过治疗后,两组患者的各项主要证候积分和白细胞计数,C反应蛋白,肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-6的数据均出现降低,观察组患者降低的幅度大于对照组患者,数据差异均具有统计学意义(t=12.350,8.075,12.110,17.315,11.304,12.749,8.915,19.748,P<0.05),对照组患者"腰骶坠痛""带下异味""神疲肢软""大便干燥"症状缓解的时间分别为(12.37±2.43)d,(13.73±3.81)d,(16.35±3.57)d,(10.35±2.38)d,观察组患者"腰骶坠痛""带下异味""神疲肢软""大便干燥"症状缓解的时间分别为(5.47±1.07)d,(7.56±2.04)d,(6.25±2.91)d,(3.57±1.61)d,均为对照组时间长于观察组,数据差异均具有统计学意义(t=21.743,11.945,18.347,19.742,P<0.05),观察组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者,数据差异具有统计学意义(z=-2.384,P<0.05),两组患者的腹泻(5.71%vs 7.14%),头痛(2.86%vs 1.43%),恶心呕吐(4.29%vs 7.14%),食欲不振(2.83%vs 0.00%),数据差异均不具有统计学意义(χ~2=0.119,0.341,0.530,2.029,P>0.05)。结论:使用妇炎康复胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎患者,可以加快患者的恢复速度,降低炎症反应程度,提升治疗效果,值得在临床范围内推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Fuyan rehabilitation Capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:In this study,140 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2017 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 70 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with antibiotics,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Fuyan Rehabilitation Capsule on the basis of the treatment method of the control group,and the effect of the treatment was compared.Result:After treatment,the main syndromes and leukocyte count,C reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin-6 were all decreased in the two groups,and the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=12.350,8.075,12.110,17.315,11.304).12.749,8.915,19.748,P<0.05).The patients in the control group had lumbosacral fall pain,lower odor,soft limb and dry stool,and the time for relieving the symptoms of stool drying were(12.37±2.43)d,(13.73±3.81)d,(16.35±3.57)d,(10.35±2.38)d.In the observation group,the time of lumbosacral fall pain,lower odor,soft limb soft and dry stool were(5.47±1.07)d,(7.56±2.04)d,(6.25±2.91)d,(3.57±1.61)d.The time in the control group was longer than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=21.743,11.945,18.347,19.742,P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(z=-2.384,P<0.05).The two groups’diarrhea(5.71%vs 7.14%),headache(2.86%vs 1.43%),nausea and vomiting(4.29%vs 7.14%)and loss of appetite(2.83%vs 0.00%)were not statistically significant(χ~2=0.119,0.341,0.530,2.029,P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of Fuyan Rehabilitation Capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation can accele
