摘要
目的:探讨妇炎舒胶囊联合克林霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果观察及对炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年4月我院门诊收治的120例慢性盆腔炎患者进行研究。对照组采用克林霉素治疗,观察组采用妇炎舒胶囊联合克林霉素治疗。比较两组间临床疗效、症状评分、生活质量评分、盆腔B超、炎性因子、复发率及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组。治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组症状评分更低,生活质量评分更高。相比于对照组,观察组附件增粗、附件包块、盆腔积液例数更少。相比于对照组,观察组血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α均显著下降。两组不良反应发生率无统计学意义。结论:妇炎舒胶囊联合克林霉素治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果较好,能明显改善换的临床症状,降低炎性因子水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of Fuyanshu capsule combined with clindamycin on chronic pelvic inflammation and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods From January 2017 to April 2018,120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were selected.The control group was treated with clindamycin,the observation group was treated with Fuyanshu capsule combined with clindamycin.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,quality of life score,pelvic ultrasound,inflammatory factor,recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.0%VS 80.0%).After treatment,compared with the control group,the symptom score was lower and the quality of life score was higher in the observation group.Compared with the control group,the number of cases of adnexal thickening,adnexal mass and pelvic effusion in the observation group were less than that in the control group.Compared with the control group,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-1βand TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Fuyanshu capsule combined with clindamycin is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.It can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of replacement and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
