摘要
目的研讨耳内镜下氟康唑联合特比萘芬凝胶治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年10月～2018年12月京东中美医院耳鼻喉科收治的真菌性外耳道炎患者172例,按照不同的治疗方法随机分为实验组和对照组,每组86例。实验组采用耳内镜下3%过氧化氢溶液、氟康唑氯化钠注射液冲洗外耳道后局部涂特比萘芬凝胶治疗,对照组单纯应用耳内镜下3%过氧化氢溶液、氟康唑氯化钠注射液冲洗外耳道治疗,观察和对比两组患者治疗总有效率以及平均起效时间。结果实验组患者的总有效率为94.19%,显著高于对照组的77.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组平均起效时间较对照组明显缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳内镜下氟康唑联合特比萘芬凝胶治疗真菌性外耳道炎临床疗效较显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of fluconazole combined with terbinafine gel in the treatment of fungal otitis externa under ear endoscope.Methods A total of 172 patients with fungal otitis externa admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Jingdong Zhongmei Hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 86 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with 3%hydrogen peroxide solution and fluconazole sodium chloride injection under the endoscope to wash the external auditory canal and then coated with terbinafine gel.The control group was treated with 3%hydrogen peroxide solution and fluconazole sodium chloride injection to wash the external auditory canal.The total effective rate and average onset time of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.19%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.91%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average onset time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluconazole combined with terbinafine gel in the treatment of fungal otitis externa under ear endoscope is clinically effective,worthy of clinical application.
