摘要
目的:研究探讨舒适护理联合优质护理在全身麻醉苏醒期患者中的干预效果。方法:选择本院2017年1月-2018年12月行全身麻醉手术治疗且处于麻醉苏醒期的110例患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各55例。对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行舒适护理联合优质护理。比较两组苏醒状况、不良反应发生情况、舒适度评分、不良情绪评分及护理满意度。结果:两组自主呼吸恢复时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组睁眼时间与拔管时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为1.82%低于对照组的12.73%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),而焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为96.36%高于对照组的83.64%(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理联合优质护理可有效加快全身麻醉手术患者术后苏醒,减少不良反应,提高舒适度和护理满意度。
Objective:To study the intervention effect of comfort nursing combined with quality nursing in patients during recovery period of general anesthesia.Method:110 patients undergoing general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing combined with quality nursing.The recovery state,adverse reactions,comfort score,bad mood score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the recovery time of spontaneous breathing between the two groups(P>0.05).The opening time and extubation time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.82%lower than 12.73%in the control group.(P<0.05).After nursing,the comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.36%higher than 83.64%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfort nursing combined with quality nursing can effectively accelerate the recovery of patients after general anesthesia operation,reduce the adverse reactions,improve comfort and nursing satisfaction.
