摘要
目的:观察腹腔镜下大子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用套扎法的临床效果。方法:选择2017年4月-2018年7月于本院接受腹腔镜下大子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的84例患者,按随机数字表法分为套扎组与缝合组,每组42例。套扎组术中采用套扎法处理,缝合组术中采用单纯缝合处理。对比两组疗效。结果:套扎组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流时间、镇痛泵使用时间及直肠恢复排气时间均明显短于缝合组(P<0.05),套扎组Hb下降幅度明显低于缝合组(P<0.05),两组住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),套扎组不适症状发生率明显低于缝合组(P<0.05)。结论:在腹腔镜下大子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用套扎法,可显著减少术中出血、缩短手术时间,有利于术中及术后不适症状的改善,值得推广使用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of ligation in laparoscopic large uterine myomectomy.Method:A total of 84 patients received laparoscopic large uterine myomectomy in our hospital from April 2017 to July 2018 were selected and divided into ligation group and the suture group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.The ligation group was treated with ligation during the operation,the suture group was treated with simple suture during the operation.The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage time,analgesic pump use time and rectal recovery exhaust time in the ligation group were significantly lower than those in the suture group(P<0.05),the decrease range of Hb in the ligation group was significantly lower than that in the suture group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of discomfort symptoms in the ligation group was significantly lower than that in the suture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the ligation method in laparoscopic large uterine myomectomy can significantly reduce intraoperative bleeding,shorten the operation time,and also beneficial to the improvement of intraoperative and postoperative discomfort symptoms,which is worth popularizing.
