摘要
目的探讨棒球式缝合法在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中的临床应用效果。方法选取170例子宫肌瘤切除术患者为研究对象,按术中缝合方法不同分为对照组(87例)和研究组(83例)。对照组使用传统缝合方法,研究组使用棒球式缝合法,比较两组的手术相关指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为6.02%,显著低于对照组的20.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论棒球式缝合法应用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中,效果显著,可有效降低术后出血量,加快术后恢复速度,具有高安全性、高效率特点,临床推广价值极大。
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of baseball style suture in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods 170 patients who underwent uterine fibroid resection were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group(87 cases)and a study group(83 cases)according to dfferent intraoperative suture methods.The control group used traditional suture methods,while the study group used baseball style suture methods.The surgical related indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The surgery time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the surgical bleeding was less than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 6.02%,significantly lower than the control group's 20.69%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of baseball style suture method in laparoscopic myomectomy has significant effects,can effectively reduce postoperative bleeding,accelerate postoperative recovery speed,and has high safety and efficiency characteristics.It has great clinical promotion value.
