摘要
目的:研究疏风解毒胶囊联合布地奈德雾化治疗急性咽炎(风热证)的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1-12月本院接收的急性咽炎患者76例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采取布地奈德雾化治疗,观察组实施疏风解毒胶囊联合布地奈德雾化治疗。比较两组急性咽炎患者的中医症候积分、临床症状改善时间、VAS评分、T淋巴细胞亚群、炎性细胞因子、临床效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后的主症积分、次症积分、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咽干、咽痛、咽部灼热三项临床症状改善时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的CD3^+、CD4^+、IL-2以及临床总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的CD8^+、TNF-α均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急性咽炎(风热证)患者采用疏风解毒胶囊和布地奈德雾化联合治疗的方案,具有较高的安全性和有效性,可促进临床症状和炎症反应的改善,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined with Budesonide Atomization in the treatment of acute pharyngitis(wind heat syndrome).Method:76 patients with acute pharyngitis received in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide atomization,the observation group was treated with Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined with Budesonide atomization.The TCM syndrome score,clinical symptom improvement time,VAS score,T lymphocyte subsets,inflammatory cytokines,clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the main symptom score,secondary symptom score and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The improvement time of dry pharynx,sore pharynx and burning pharynx after treatment in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^+,CD4^+,IL-2 and clinical total effective rate in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,CD8^+ and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acute pharyngitis(wind heat syndrome)patients with Shufeng Jiedu Capsule and Budesonide atomization combined treatment program,has a high safety and effectiveness,can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and inflammatory response,has a high clinical application value.
