摘要
目的:探讨足太阳经筋型膝骨关节炎采取经筋辨证外治法治疗的疗效。方法:选取本院2018年1-6月接收的膝骨关节炎患者100例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(采取常规推拿手法治疗)和观察组(采取经筋手法治疗),各50例。比较两组治疗前后损伤程度(Lequsene指数)、膝关节功能、生存质量评分及疗效。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛或不适、行走距离、每日活动能力及Lequsene指数总评分均低于对照组,膝关节功能及生活质量评分均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对足太阳经筋型膝骨关节炎患者采取经筋辨证外治法治疗,疗效显著,能显著改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。
Objective:To study the effect of external meridian sinew differentiation therapy in musculature bladder meridian type of knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group(treated by conventional manipulative therapy)and observation group(treated by external meridian sinew differentiation therapy),50 cases in each group.The degree of injury(Lequsene index),knee joint function,quality of life score before and after treatment,and curative effect of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of pain or discomfort,walking distance,daily activity ability and overall scores in observation group were lower than those of control group,the scores of knee joint function and quality of life in observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external meridian sinew differentiation therapy in treatment of musculature bladder meridian type of knee osteoarthritis has remarkable curative effect and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
