摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作(AECOPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:59例随机分为观察组30例和对照组29例,两组均予以常规西药及无创间歇正压通气治疗,治疗组加用清热化痰通腑方汤剂口服。观察两组治疗前后的血气分析、降钙素原指标及并发症的发生情况。结果:观察组血气分析、降钙素原指标及腹胀、误吸、VAP发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗AECOPD并发呼吸衰竭可提高临床疗效,改善通气换气功能,降低炎症指标及不良反应发生率。
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) combined with typeⅡ respiration failure. Method:59 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in treatment group and 29 cases in control group.Both groups were treated with routine western treatment and noninvasive positive pressure ventilation and the treatment group were treated with Clearing Heat, Resolving Phlegm and Dredging Bowels Decoction additionally. Result:Treatment group was superior to control group in improving the blood gas analysis index, PCT, the incidence of abdominal distension, aspiration and VAP(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine could effectively enhance clinical therapeutic effect of respiration failure of AECOPD, improve ventilation function, decrease the inflammation and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
