上市公司裁员对其股价的实证研究

摘要裁员是经济性裁员的简称,是用人单位在法定的特定期间依法进行的集中辞退员工的行为。裁员分为两种,经济性裁员和结构性裁员。笔者就公司裁员对股价的影响作出了相关的阐述。
