摘要
本文探讨了知识联盟中激励协同和联盟绩效的关系。界定了激励协同序参量,并将激励协同序参量和知识联盟绩效联系起来,使用结构方程模型对其进行检验。本文的数据来自知识联盟企业,研究表明,活性激励对显性、隐性和涌现激励有显著直接影响;显性激励对隐性激励有显著的影响;显性和隐性激励对知识联盟绩效有显著的直接影响;而活性激励对知识联盟绩效没有显著的直接影响,它通过影响显性和隐性激励对知识联盟绩效有显著的间接影响。研究结论对提高知识联盟绩效有指导意义。
This paper discusses the relationship of knowledge alliance incentive synergy and knowledge alliance performance. Knowledge alliance incentive synergy order parameters are defined,incentive synergy order parameters and knowledge alliance performance are contacted,and then their relationship is tested by SEM. The data is from many knowledge alliance enterprises. The results of the study show that active incentive has a positive impact on explicit incentive,implicit incentive and emerging incentive. Explicit incentive has a significant effect on implicit incentive. Explicit incentive and implicit incentive have a significant impact on knowledge alliance performance.Active incentive has no direct influence on knowledge alliance performance,while it affects knowledge alliance performance indirectly by affecting explicit incentive and implicit incentive. The conclusion can help improve knowledge alliance performance.
