摘要
为在国内学术界引入团队外部学习的理论和视角,明确团队外部学习的现状与前景,本文通过文献综述和理论分析的方法,对近些年国外关于团队外部学习理论的研究进行了介绍,包括对团队外部学习概念与理论缘起、结构与测量、影响因素与作用的探讨,并对内部学习和外部学习的关系进行了分析,最后对现有研究进行了总结和评价。研究结论认为团队外部学习的前因变量、结果变量和作用机制的研究都还不完善。作者提出未来的研究应该在清晰团队外部学习构念的结构和测量,理清内部学习和外部学习的交互影响和探求团队外部学习的层次问题等方面进行深入的探索。
To introduce the concept of team external learning and clarify the related research,through the methodology of literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper conducts a review of related studies at home abroad over recent years. We explore the theoretical origin and conceptual evolution of team external learning theory,structure and measurement of the concept,as well as the antecedents and effects of team external learning,which are not mature yet. At the end,limitations of previous studies are discussed,and implications for future study are pointed out. We point out that the topics such as the structure and measurement of the construct of team external learning,the effect of the interaction of internal and external learning,and the level issues of external learning are worth further study in the future.
