摘要
研究目的:探索山西发展与保护并举的节约集约用地的途径和方法。研究方法:文献资料法、对比分析法和因果分析法。研究结果:山西省建设用地总体规模从趋势上成线性关系,建设用地虽处于节约集约利用状态,但整体上山西土地节约集约利用水平不是很高,呈现持续提高态势。研究结论:构建节地型模式,调整和优化产业结构、合理空间布局、盘活存量土地,促进土地集约利用与可持续发展。
The purpose of the paper is to explore the approach and method of intensive land use in Shanxi Province in combination with development and protection.Methods employed include literature review,comparative analysis and causal analysis.The results show land for construction in Shanxi Province generally tends to have a linear feature.The land for construction is in a state of intensive use,but the level is not so high on the whole.It is concluded that we shall create a mode of saving land,adjust and optimize industrial structure,design reasonable space layout,activate land reserves,as well as promote the intensive land use and sustainable development.
