摘要
基于构建的京张生态建设协同发展评价指标体系,引入耦合度模型,测算了2005—2014年北京和张家口两市的生态建设协同发展指数及京张生态建设耦合协同发展度。结果表明:(1)北京生态建设协同发展总体水平高于张家口,张家口生态建设协同发展水平有待提高。(2)北京生态建设协同发展指数中经济社会发展所占比重最大,生态质量次之,环境质量最小;张家口生态建设协同发展指数中生态质量所占比重最大,环境质量次之,经济社会发展最小。(3)研究期内,北京和张家口生态建设协同发展始终处于高度耦合状态,协同发展度稳步上升,从最初的初级协同发展阶段到如今的中级协同发展阶段。依据研究结论,提出了未来京张生态建设协同发展的对策建议。
Based on the index system of coordinated development of ecological construction in Beijing and Zhangjiakou,the coupling development index of Beijing and Zhangjiakou in the year of 2005-2014 and the degree of coupling and development of ecological construction in Beijing and Zhangjiakou were estimated. The results showed that:(1)The overall level of ecological construction coordinated development in Beijing was higher than that in Zhangjiakou,and the level of coordinated development of ecological construction in Zhangjiakou should be improved.(2)The proportion of ecological and social development was the largest in Beijing,the ecological quality was the second,and the environmental quality was the least. The eco-quality of Zhangjiakou ecological construction was the largest,the environment quality was the second and the economic and social development was the smallest.(3)During the study period,the synergetic development of ecological construction in Beijing and Zhangjiakou was in a state of high degree of coupling,and the degree of collaborative development steadily increased from the initial primary cooperative development stage to the present intermediate cooperative development stage. Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for the coordinated development of Beijing-Zhangjiakou ecological construction in the future.
