摘要
选用1日龄罗斯308肉鸡216羽(公母各半),随机分为2组,每组设3个重复。对照组和处理组分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+枯草芽孢杆菌(B.subtilis)105 CFU/g。饲养试验期为42d。结果表明:与对照组相比,处理组肉鸡失水率降低了22.66%(P<0.05),胸肌和腿肌的亮度值(L值)、红度值(a值)和黄度值(b值)均有所提高,但差异不显著。饲料干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分的消化率分别提高了13.80%(P<0.01)、15.90%(P<0.01)、11.38%(P<0.01)和12.07%(P<0.05)。处理组血氨(BA)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(T-CHL)和甘油三酯(TG)的含量分别降低了16.51%(P<0.05)、24.35%(P<0.05)、38.81%(P<0.01)和32.82%(P<0.05);血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的活性提高了63.16%(P<0.01),但对血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶和葡萄糖含量无显著影响。结果提示:日粮中添加适量B.subtilis能改善肉鸡的肉品质,提高肉鸡对饲料养分的消化率,显著提高AKP的活性,并显著降低血清中SA、UA、T-CHL和TG的含量。
This study was conducted to determine the effects of B.subtilis on meat quality,nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical parameters of broilers.216 1-day-old Ross 308 broilers were randomly divided into the control group(basal diet)and the treatment group(basal diet supplemented with 105 CFU/g B.subtilis).Each group had three replicates 36 broilers each(half male and half female),the experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that dehydration rate of pectorales was decreased significantly,while the lightness(L*),redness(a*),and yellowness(b*)values of pectorales and crureus were improved(P >0.05)compared with the control group.The addition of B.subtilis increased the digestibility of dry matter(P<0.01),crude protein(P<0.01),ether extract(P<0.01)and crude ash(P<0.05)evidently.The level of serum BA,UA,T-CHL and TG were decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the activity of AKP was improved(P<0.01)compared to the control group.In conclusion,the addition of B.subtilis in the diets could improve meat quality,the digestibility of feed nutrient through impacting serum biochemical parameters of broiler.
