枯草芽孢杆菌B10对肉鸡免疫、抗氧化功能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在研究枯草芽孢杆菌B10对肉鸡免疫、抗氧化功能及血清生化指标的影响。选用300羽18日龄健康岭南黄肉鸡,随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复30羽。在基础饲粮基础上,对照组添加林可霉素4.4 mg/kg,B10组添加枯草芽孢杆菌B10制剂1 000 mg/kg,试验期为40 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌B10显著提高了肉鸡空肠黏膜IL-6、IL-12、IFN-α、IL-10、TGF-β和s Ig A水平(P<0.05),而对空肠黏膜TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-17和β-D水平及肝脏免疫相关细胞因子水平无显著影响(P>0.05);相比于对照组,枯草芽孢杆菌B10可显著提高肉鸡血清AKP和LDH活性(P<0.05),显著降低肝脏SOD活性(P<0.05)及血清UA水平(P<0.05),而对肝脏T-AOC、GSH-Px、CAT活性、GSH及MDA含量及血清TP、ALB和GLB水平无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果提示,与对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌B10有利于增强肉鸡肠道免疫功能,改善血清生化指标。 This experiment was conducted to in-vestigate the efficacy of Bacillus subtilis B10 onimmune function, antioxidant indices and the se-rum biochemical parameters of broilers. A feed-ing study was conducted using three hundred 18-day-old Lingnan yellow broilers assigned to twogroups with five replicates per group and 30 birds per replicate. The chickens in antibioticcontrol group were fed basal diet supplementedwith 4.4 mg/kg lincomycin and in probiotic group were fed basal diet supplemented with 1 000 g/t Ba-cillus subtilis B10. The experiment lasted for 40 days. The results showed as follows: the levels of cyto-kines(IL-6, IL-12, IFN-α, IL-10, TGF-β) and s Ig A in jejunal mucosa in probiotic group were high-er significantly(P〈0.05) than those in antibiotic control group, but there was no significant differences(P〈0.05) between two groups in the levels of cytokines(TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-17) and β-DF in jejunalmucosa and in the levels of cytokines in liver; compared with antibiotic control group, the activities ofAKP and LDH in serum of probiotic group increased significantly(P〈0.05), while the activity of SODin liver and the level of UA in serum reduced significantly(P〈0.05); Bacillus subtilis B10 probioticshad no significant effects in the contents of TP, ALB, GLB in serum as well as in the levels of T-AOC, MAD, GSH and the activities of GSH-Px, CAT in liver(P〈0.05).
