摘要
为探究在87 w蛋鸡饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对生产性能、蛋品质、血清生化的影响,试验选取健康状况、产蛋性能相近的87 w产蛋后期海兰褐商品蛋鸡2400只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复100只鸡。处理Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,处理Ⅱ组在基础饲粮中添加0.05%博落回提取物作为阳性对照,处理Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.2%和0.4%饲料添加剂枯草芽孢杆菌。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.05%博落回提取物以及0.2%和0.4%枯草芽孢杆菌组的产蛋率分别提高了1.65%、3.07%、0.97%,次蛋率分别降低17.65%、55.89%、55.88%;料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05),以0.2%枯草芽孢杆菌组的料蛋比最低,达到了2.23;同时蛋壳颜色红度值(a*)显著提高(P<0.05),且有增加平均蛋重的趋势(P=0.078)。与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.2%和0.4%的枯草芽孢杆菌可显著降低血清总胆固醇(TC)和低高密度脂蛋白(HDL)的含量(P<0.05)。与博落回提取物组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌试验组的次蛋率、TC以及HDL含量显著降低(P<0.05),产蛋率、平均蛋重、采食量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。
The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of Bacillus subtilis on production performance,egg quality and serum biochemistry in 87 w laying hens.A total of 2400 healthy 87 w Hyline brown laying hens with similar laying performance in late laying stage were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 100 hens per replicate.TreatmentⅠwas the control group,fed corn soybean meal based diet,treatmentⅡwas added with 0.05%Macleaya extract as the positive control,and treatmentⅢandⅣwere added with 0.2%and 0.4%feed additive Bacillus subtilis respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the addition of 0.05%Macleaya extract and 0.2%and 0.4%Bacillus subtilis increased the egg laying rate by 1.65%,3.07%and 0.97%respectively,and the secondary egg rate decreased by 17.65%,55.89%and 55.88%respectively;The feed egg ratio decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the feed egg ratio of 0.2%Bacillus subtilis group was the lowest,reaching 2.23;At the same time,the color redness value of eggshell(a*)was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the average egg weight tended to increase(P=0.078).Compared with the control group,the addition of 0.2%and 0.4%Bacillus subtilis in the diet significantly reduced the contents of serum total cholesterol(TC)and low high density lipoprotein(HDL)(P<0.05).Compared with the positive control group,the secondary egg rate,TC and HDL content of Bacillus subtilis test group were significantly lower(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in egg laying rate,average egg weight and feed intake(P>0.05).
