On Meaning, Function and Realization of Teaching Trust

摘要 教学信任是教学过程中的信任,主要包括教师对学生的信任、学生对教师的信任以及学生之间的相互信任,教师和学生既是教学信任的主体也是教学信任的客体。教学信任可以简化教学的复杂性,让师生双方形成亲密、团结、友爱、包容的关系,集中表现在可以激发学生内部动机、改善师生关系、减轻教与学的负担以及提升学生的道德品质。教学信任的实现关键在于教师。需要教师在教学过程中树立正确的师生观、努力营造信任型的课堂氛围、加强与学生之间的情感交流,并且注意把信任与严格要求相统一。 Teaching trust is the trust in the teaching process, mainly including teachers trusting students, students trusting teachers and mutual trust between students. Teachers and students are not only the subjects but also the objects in teaching trust. Teaching trust can simplify the complexity of teaching, enabling teachers and students to form intimate, friendly and inclusive relations, which elaborates itself in stimulating students' internal motivation, improving the relationship between teachers and students, reducing the burden of teaching and cultivating students ’ sense of morality. Teachers are the key to teaching trust. In the process of teaching, teachers should establish appropriate concept of the relationship between teachers and students, strive to create a trusting class atmosphere, strengthen the emotional exchange with students, and pay attention to the balance between trust and requirements.
