摘要
一般处于严酷的海洋环境的金属构件都需进行表面防护,采用多组分多层保护是一种有效的方法。本文给出在不同环境下所需的底涂层、面涂层及复合防护涂层材料和相应的工艺参数。同时严格的涂装操作工艺也是使各种涂层达到防护作用的基本保证。
In the harsh marine environment,the surface protection of common metal components is needed,and multi-component and multi-layer protection is an effective method.The base coating,surface coating and composite protective coating materials and corresponding process parameters are given in different environments.At the same time,strict coating operation technology is the basic guarantee for various coatings to achieve protective effect.
