摘要
选择了5种常用的防腐底涂层,通过性能测试和在水环境中的耐蚀性,研究了它们的防护性能,结果表明:环氧底涂层和高氯化底涂层有一定的耐水性,醇酸底涂层耐水性较差,富锌涂层具有阴极保护效果,耐水性较好;在盐湖水介质中有机涂层耐蚀性较好。
Five kinds of common anti-corrosion primer were chosen as samples to test the anti-corrosion and other performance in water environment. The anti-corrosion performance was studied, The results showed that epoxy primer and high-chloride primer have certain water resistance; alkyd primer has poor water resistance; zinc-rich primer has cathodic protection effect and better water resistance; Organic coating has better corrosion resistance in the Salt Lake water medium.
