摘要
由于地震引发的巨大人员伤亡和财产灾难,地震预警越来越引起世界各国的重视。通过分析地震预警的原理,介绍了异地震前预警和现地地震P波预警,同时也介绍了地震预警系统在城市以及铁路、核电站和输油气管线等基础设施应用,强调其对于防灾减灾工程的重要性。
Because earthquake can cause heavy casualties and property losses,earthquake early warning( EEW)has increasing attracted worldwide attention. In this paper,the pre-seismic allopatic early warning and on-the-spot seismic P-wave early warning were introduced based on the principle of EEW. The application of EEW system to the infrastructure facilities,such as cities,railways,nuclear power stations and gas pipelines was also introduced to show the importance of EEW in disaster prevention and mitigation engineering.
