新疆地震预警系统预警处理能力分析——以拜城M_(S)5.4地震为例 被引量:2

摘要 以拜城M_(S)5.4地震为例,研究新疆地震预警系统产出结果的准确率与时效性。通过数据分析研究,与国家台网地震速报结果相比,新疆天山中段重点地震预警区的3个地震事件,初次触发结果震级平均偏差0.3级,震中位置平均偏差9.6 km,报告用时2.0~4.7 s;最终触发结果震级平均偏差0.4级,震中位置平均偏差5.5 km。非重点区的其他区域初次触发结果震级平均偏差0.3级,震中位置平均偏差9.6 km,报告用时6.0~17.0 s;最终触发结果震级平均偏差0.1级,震中位置平均偏差8.6 km。受采样数量限制,新疆天山中段重点地震预警区的震级偏差略大,震中结果较好,生成报告用时短;其他区域网内震级、震中结果均较好,但生成报告用时较长。 Take Baicheng M_(S)5.4 earthquake as an opportunity to analysis the accuracy and timeliness by the output results from the earthquake early warning for Xinjiang.Through analysis and research for data,and compared with the results published by National Network,the three earthquake events in the key area for the middle of Xinjiang Tianshan mountains,the deviation of magnitude is M_(S)0.3 on average,the deviation of epicenter is 9.6 km on average for initial trigger results,report generation use 2~4.7 s;the deviation of magnitude is M_(S)0.4 on average,the deviation of epicenter is 5.5 km on average for final trigger results.The deviation of magnitude is M_(S)0.3 on average,the deviation of epicenter is 9.6 km on average for initial trigger results,report generation use 6~17 s;the deviation of magnitude is M_(S)0.1 on average,the deviation of epicenter is 8.6 km on average for final trigger results in the other area that out of key area.Limited by the number of samples,the magnitude deviation of the key earthquake warning areas in the Middle Tianshan Mountains is slightly larger,the epicenter result is better,and the time to generate the report is short;The results of magnitude and epicenter in other regional networks are good,but it takes long time to generate reports.
