摘要
目前,在事业单位进行绩效考核是非常重要的一项任务,通过岗位绩效考核,有利于调动员工工作的积极性,同时帮助员工不断地提升自身的素质及其工作能力。论文主要分析事业单位岗位绩效存在的问题,从而找出事业单位岗位绩效考核的主要方法,激发事业单位的活力。
At present, it is a very important task to carry out performance appraisal in public institutions.Through performance appraisal,it is helpful to arouse the enthusiasm of staff, and help employees continuously improve their own quality and work ability. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of public institutions, so as to find out the main methods of the performance appraisal of the institutions, and stimulate the vitality of the institutions.
