摘要
中澳医学生培养存在多方面的差异:生源、学位制度、培养方法、评价体系及继续教育体系等。澳大利亚的理工科毕业生也可以申请医学学位且学位种类多,早期接触临床、问题或病例为导向的学习方法贯穿始终,重视农村医学、全科医学培训等多有值得借鉴之处,总结概括以为我国的医学教育体制改革和医疗体制改革提供参考。
There are many differences inmedical education between China and Australia:source of students,degree system,training methods,evaluation system and continuing education system.Australian science and engineering graduates can also apply for medical degrees with a wide range of degrees.Early exposure to clinical,problem or case-oriented learning methods runs through the whole process.Attention is paid to rural medicine,general practice training and other aspects,which are worth learning from.The summary can provide reference for the reform of medical education system and medical system in China.
