摘要
本文以DACUM课程开发模式建构基于职业核心胜任力五年制本科全科医学专业课程体系。该体系分为必修、选修两层,各层含显性,隐性课程两个一级模块,公共、基础、方法、实践课程四个二级模块,并设计了具体教学内容和要求、教学实施方案以及多元化发展性评价机制。建构本科全科医学专业课程体系应遵循以职业核心胜任力为基础,以能力为本的指导思想,切实保证学生社会、专业、个人能力的全面提升。
Objective: To build a five-year postgraduate general practice curriculum system based on key competence indicators.Methods: Design a curriculum system based on DACUM curriculum development model. Results: The system is composed of 57 courses including compulsory and optional courses. Four secondary modules of public,basic,method and practice courses are under two primary modules of overt and covert courses. Detailed teaching contents and requirements,teaching implementation solutions and a diversified developmental evaluation mechanism are designed. Conclusion: The construction of general practice postgraduate curriculum system shall be based on key competence indicators,regard ability orientation as its guiding ideology and substantially ensure students' all-round enhancement in social,professional and personal ability aspects.
