摘要 目的对蛇莓饮片质量标准进行研究。方法采用显微、TLC法对蛇莓进行定性鉴别;依据《中国药典》2015年版四部相关方法,对蛇莓饮片的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物进行测定;采用HPLC法测定蛇莓中鞣花酸含量。结果蛇莓显微特征清晰;建立了蛇莓的TLC鉴别方法,斑点清晰,分离度好;水分、总不溶性灰分、酸不溶性灰分符合《中国药典》附录药材及饮片检定通则要求;浸出物均大于20%;HPLC法中鞣花酸在2.1432~21.432μg·mL^(-1)内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为9 8.4%,RSD为2.7%(n=6)。结论该方法简单、可行,重复性好,可用于控制蛇莓饮片质量。 Objective To estab ilish the quality standard for Duchesneae Indicae Herba.Methods Microscopy and TLC were used to indentify the characteristics of Duchesneae Indic ae Herba.According to the Chinese pharmacopeia(2015 edition,volume 4),moisture,the total ash,acid-unsoluble ash and ethanol soluble extracts were determined.HPLC was used to determine the contents of ellagic acid in Duchesneae Indicae Herba.Results The microscopic characteristics were obvious.TLC was established to identify Duchesneae Indicae Herba,and the spots were clear and well separated.The moisture content,total ash content,and acid-insoluble conformed to the general requirements of 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The sample extract was≥20%.The calibration curve showed good linearity for ellagic acid at 2.1432-21.432μg·mL-1(r=0.999).The average recovery was 98.4%and RSD was 2.7%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,feasible,and can be used for the quality control of Duchesneae Indicae Herba.
