摘要
目的了解宁波市城区居民的主要死因构成,为制定疾病防治策略提供依据。方法对2009-2017年宁波市明楼、东胜街道死因监测数据进行描述性统计分析,观察死者性别、年龄、死因构成等变化趋势。结果 2009-2017年明楼、东胜街道居民死亡率为653.29/10万,男性死亡率为755.75/10万,女性死亡率为554.44/10万,以第六次人口普查的东部城市人口情况为标准进行标化,标化总死亡率为555.42/10万,男性标化死亡率为610.79/10万,女性标化死亡率为506.42/10万,男性死亡率高于女性(χ~2=97.628,P<0.0001);女性平均死亡年龄较男性高(t=-7.14,P<0.0001);人群平均死亡年龄有逐年增长趋势;人群主要死因构成前五位为肿瘤、心脑血管意外、呼吸系统疾病、意外伤害事件、糖尿病,占总死亡人数84.27%。结论宁波市城区居民死亡原因主要以肿瘤为首的慢性非传染性疾病和意外伤害为主,肿瘤、心脑血管意外及呼吸系统疾病死亡率居高不下,伤害造成的死因应引起重视。
Objective To know about the main causes of death among urban residents in Ningbo City,and to provide basis for formulating disease prevention strategies.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis was performed to analyze the cause-of-death monitoring data of Minglou Neighborhood and Dongsheng Neighborhood from 2009 to 2017 for the changing trends of gender,age and constituents of cause-of-death.Results The mortality rate of residents in Minglou Neighborhood and Dongsheng Neighborhood from 2009 to 2017 was 653.29/100 000.The mortality rates of males and females were 755.75/100 000 and 554.44/100 000,respectively.With the population status of eastern cities of China in the sixth population census for standardization,the standardized mortality rates of the total population,males and females were 555.42/100 000,610.79/100 000 and 506.42/100 000,respectively.The mortality rate of males was significantly higher than that of females(χ~2=97.628,P<0.0001),and the average mortality age of females was older than that of males(t=-7.14,P<0.0001).The average age of death tended to increase year by year.The top five causes of death were tumor,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents,respiratory disease,accidental injury and diabetes,accounting for 84.27%of the total number of deaths.Conclusions The deaths of urban residents in Ningbo City are mainly caused by chronic non-communicable diseases(led by tumors)and accidental injuries.The mortality rates of tumor,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents,and respiratory diseases remain high.And death from injury is worthy of attention.
