光伏发电并网对用户功率因数的影响研究 被引量:14

摘要 随着光伏发电技术的日益成熟与普及,光伏发电用户数不断增多,光伏并网引起用户功率因数下降的问题也逐渐凸显。功率因数的下降不仅影响电网的正常稳定运行,危害电网安全,损害用电设备,而且功率因数过低将产生力调电费,加大电费支出,严重影响经济效益。为解决这一问题,通过收集、分析用电信息采集系统数据及具体案例,总结光伏设备(升压变、逆变器等)对光伏并网用户功率因数产生影响的原因,并从设备调试、设备更换两方面提出功率因数调整方案,对光伏并网用户设备配置具有一定的指导意义。 With the increasing maturity and popularization of photovoltaic (PV) power generation technology, the number of users of PV power generation is increasing, and the problem of the decreasing of the customer power factor caused by PV grid gradually stands out. Decreasing of the power factor not only affects the normal and stable operation of the grid, but also affects the power grid security, damages power equipment, and low power factor will generate force of electricity, increase electricity expenditure and seriously affect the economic benefits. In order to solve the problem, the reasons for the influence of PV equipment (boost converter, inverter, etc.) on PV grid customer power factor are summarized by collecting and analyzing the data in power consumption information collection system and the specific case. Power factor adjustment scheme is put forward from two aspects: equipment commissioning and equipment replacement. This has guiding significance for the configuration of user equipment in PV grid.
