摘要 WTS–SG–1型无源无线温度传感系统采用声表面波(surface acoustic wave,SAW)传感技术,主要面向智能电网温度监控而开发,可代替国外Sengenuity和Transense公司的同类产品。WTS–SG–1系统由温度读取器和6个SAW传感器组成,满足高压智能电网测温需求,具有绝缘、可靠、易安装、易维护等优点。SAW传感器安装在测温部位,将所监测到温度信号通过无线电方式发送给读取器接受天线,读取器通过天线接收到温度信号并进行处理,将测量到的温度信息通过RS485总线回传给监控中心。 WTS-SG-1 passive wireless temperature sensing system based on surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensor technology, is mainly developed for the smart grid to monitor temperature, and can replace products made by Sengenuity and Transense. WTS-SG-1 system meets the demand of temperature measurement for HV smart grid, and has the advantages of insulation, reliability, easy installation and easy maintenance. The temperature measurement system is composed of temperature reader and 6 surface acoustic wave (SAW) sensors (as shown in the picture). SAW sensors are installed in the temperature measuring part, and the temperature signal monitored by the system is sent to the reader’s receiving antenna through the radio by the sensors. The reader receives the temperature signal through the antenna and processes the signal, and sends the measured temperature information through RS485 bus back to the monitoring center.
