摘要
随着市场信息透明度的提升,媒体在高度信息化的社会中起到越发重要且不可替代的作用。媒体作为信息的传播者和监督者,在资本市场中扮演着非常重要的角色,影响着市场各方参与者的行为。目前,国内外学者对媒体的公司治理作用及其作用机理都进行了较为深入的研究,理论和实证研究成果较为丰硕。本文对国内外文献进行回顾与评价,结合媒体发展趋势及特征提出未来值得关注的研究方向。
With the improvement of information transparency,media is playing a more and more important role in this modern highly information- oriented society,which is hardly replaceable. As information disseminator and monitor,media takes a seat in capital market in which most participants are affected. Scholars have explored its corporate governance role as well as its functioning mechanism,in both positive and normative ways. This paper will review and make comments on relevant literature and propose future research direction,regarding the development of media.
