摘要
在经济发展进程中,寻租和腐败是许多经济领域比较普遍的现象。寻租理论和政府腐败的研究,为发展中国家的腐败现象及其与经济发展之间的关系提供了一个新的维度。寻租性腐败与利益集团、政府以及监督机构三者之间的博弈有关,分析利益集团和政府的成本——收益函数,探讨政府和监督机构之间的政策选择,都对从源头上消除寻租性腐败有着很大的启示。
In the process of economic development,rent-seeking and corruption are common phenomena in many economic fields.The researches of rent-seeking theory and government corruption provide a new dimension to the relationship between corruption and economic development in developing countries.The rent-seeking corruption relates to the game among interest groups,government,and supervisory organization.Analyzing the cost-revenue function of interest groups and government,exploring the policy choice between the government and supervisory organization,are beneficial to eliminate the rent-seeking corruption from the very beginning.
