摘要
目的 :观察康肾止血方治疗原发性肾小球性血尿的临床疗效。方法 :以康肾止血方治疗36例原发性肾小球性血尿患者 ,治疗前及疗程中每周进行尿液检查 ,3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果 :临床控制 1 5例 (4 1 .7% ) ,显效 1 0例 (2 7.8% ) ,有效 6例 (1 6 .7% ) ,无效 5例 (1 3.9% ) ,总有效率为 86 .1 %。结论 :康肾止血方对原发性肾小球性血尿有确切的临床疗效 ,但其作用机制尚待研究。
Objective:To observe the effect of Kangshen Zhixue Recipe (KSZXR) in treating primary hematuria. Method: Thirty six patients with primary hematuria were treated with KSZXR, and the urinary erythrocyte of each patient was tested every week. Result: Fifteen cases were clinically controlled, 10 obviously responsive to KSZXR, 6 responsive, 5 not responsive, and the total response rate was 86.1%. Conclusion: KSZXR has a satisfied curative effect in treating primary hematuria.
