摘要
[目的]观察丹芪地黄汤结合激素治疗成人难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。[方法]将75例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用丹芪地黄汤结合激素治疗;对照组使用激素标准疗法,疗程6个月。观察症状、血尿素氮、胆固醇等实验指标的改善情况。[结果]治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]丹芪地黄汤结合激素治疗成人难治性肾病综合征具有良好的疗效。
[Objective] Observe Danqi Dihuang Decoction combined with hormone therapy in adults with refractory nephrotic syndrome. [Method] 75 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group Danqi Dihuang Decoction combined with hormone therapy; the control group using standard hormone therapy, treatment for 6 months. Observation of symptoms, blood urea nitrogen, cholesterol and other indicators of experiments to improve the situation. [Results] The efficacy of the treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Danqi Dihuang Decoction combined with hormone therapy in adults with refractory nephrotic syndrome with good results.
