摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定新药广红滴丸(新I号滴丸)处方中栀子中栀)子苷的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm)以乙腈:水(15:85)为流动相,流速:1.0m L/min。检测波长238nm;柱温:30℃。结果:栀子苷的线性范围为32.56μg^4888.40μg(r=0.9999);平均回收率为102.01%(n=6)。结论:本法简便,灵敏,专属性强,重复性好,可用于广红滴丸(新Ⅰ号滴丸)处方中栀子苷的含量测定,控制内在质量。
Objective: HPLC method was established for determination of geniposide in Gardenia,which was one drug of guanhong( New No. I) drop pills. Method: Samples were analyzed on Diamonsil C18 column( 250 ×4. 6mm,5μm) and phenomenex with acetonitrile: water( 15: 85) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0m L. min- 1. The detection wavelength was at 238 nm and the temperature of column was set at 30℃. Result:The linear rage of gallic acid was 32. 56μg ~ 4888. 40μg( r = 0. 9999). The average recovery was 102. 01%( n= 6). Conclusion: This method is convenient,sensitive and reproducible and specific,it can be used for the determination of geniposide and to control intrinsic quality.
