摘要 目的探讨和总结3D打印人工椎体置换治疗颈椎疾病的临床疗效及围手术期护理,为3D打印技术提供临床护理经验.方法收集应用计算机模拟设计、3D打印人工椎体治疗多节段颈椎后纵韧带骨化、颈椎结核多椎体破坏、颈椎严重后凸畸形患者共10例,对所有患者进行术前、术中、术后的专业精准化护理.结果 10例患者均手术顺利,效果良好,无严重并发症发生,术后麻醉清醒后四肢肌力明显恢复,随着术后时间的延续,Frankel功能分级均有提高,效果良好.结论 3D打印技术应用于颈椎多椎体病变疾病中,个体化人工椎体与系统化护理可提高手术成功率,减少并发症发生,缩短康复时间. Objective To explore and summarize the perioperative nursing of cervical vertebrae disease treated by 3 D printing artificial vertebral body replacement,and provide nursing experience for 3 D printing technology to better serve the clinic. Method We collected 10 cases of patients with multi-segment cervical posterior longitudinal ligament ossification,cervical vertebrae tuberculosis,and cervical vertebral deformity by using computer simulation design,3 D printed artificial vertebral body treatment.Professional precision care was carried on all patients before,during and after surgery. Results 10 patients underwent successful operation with good results and no serious complications.The muscle strength of the limbs recovered obviously after the anesthesia was awake.With the continuation of the postoperative time,Frankel functional grading was improved and the effect was good.Conclusion 3 D printing technology can be applied to cervical multi-vertebral lesions,and individualized artificial vertebral bodies can be designed. Combined with systematic nursing,it can improve the success rate of surgery,reduce complications and shorten recovery time.
