摘要
目的研究全面护理模式在胆结石患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年4月—2015年12月收治的胆结石患者300例作为研究对象。所有患者均接受手术治疗,随机将患者分入两组。对照组患者接受常规护理模式,实验组患者接受全面护理模式,对比两组患者的围手术期指标。结果手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间对比:实验组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);术后并发症发生率对比:实验组为2.00%,对照组为7.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面护理模式的应用使胆结石患者保持乐观的心态接受手术治疗,提高手术成功率,促进患者术后康复,缩短住院时间。
Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing mode in patients with gallstones. Methods 300 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects. All patients received surgical treatment and were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group received routine nursing mode. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing mode. The perioperative indexes of the two groups were compared. Results Comparisons of operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and post-operative hospitalization time showed that the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications after operation was 2.00% in the experimental group and 7.33% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing mode enables the patients with gallstones to maintain an optimistic attitude to receive surgical treatment, improve the success rate of surgery, promote postoperative rehabilitation, and shorten the length of hospital stay.
